WARRANTY All purchases are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. WellTimer Pro is not responsible or liable in any way for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to loss of property, loss of revenues or profit, or costs of removal, installation or reinstallation. Except as provided herein, WellTimer Pro makes no express warranties, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein.
